- Keeping notes allows sales people to manage daily calls and report activity
- Notes keep everyone in the know on what is happening when they access the customer/site so they can assist in closing the sale
- Notes can be used in several ways including reminder notes at login, and pop-up notes on site/customer, to name a few. Learn more about the variety of notes and their uses, here.
- To access or add notes, look for the ‘Notes’ tab on the site and customer master. Remember, our Contact Manager is based upon notes (both site and customer).
