With QR code stickers on waste containers, you can let your customers notify you when a pick up is needed. The customer simply scans the QR code with his mobile phone, enters a code, and clicks a button to request service — no letters or phone calls required.
Our code integration also allows your drivers to report serial numbers to the back office for deliveries, pickups and exchanges. The driver simply scans the unit code and you receive both a real time email and a note inserted into TAC Online immediately, so you can close business transactions without delay.
Our Driver Scan app helps you keep your inventory up to date. At each service stop, your drivers can use our app to scan inventory bar codes and QR codes and trigger an email message to your back office. Never lose track of your inventory again!
Our app is FREE for all users of our Web Service Stations.
When triggered, the email to your back office will contain the following data:
- Serial number
- The action selected by driver, such as delivery or pickup
- GPS latitude and longitude
- Driver notes*
- Date and time
*If unit is assigned, a Site Note will be created. If the unit is not assigned, a special Customer Note will be posted to customer “OPERATIONS”.

Customer Service Request
When you affix QR Code stickers on your units, your customers will have the ability to report on service levels. Your customers who purchase the service and those who use it can immediately scan a QR code on your unit, and see one or more of the following options which you set up in TAC: form or survey on unit condition, last service date, time, driver and notes on unit condition.
When the customer completes the form, you receive an immediate email message with the site number, serial number, unit condition, and user comments. This information is also stored in TAC.On-demand pickup with QR codes is an excellent marketing tool that you can use to differentiate your service from your competitors.
