With Mailbox, you can simplify your overwhelming inbox from your mobile device or your Gmail account and prioritize your messages the way you’d like to. Mailbox allows you to adjust your inbox according to the messages you need to address and the timeframe in which you need to address them. On your mobile device, you simply swipe to the left to add an email to a list or swipe to the right to delete it. You can postpone a message for as long as you want to, and it won’t appear in your inbox again until you want it to. For example, if you have a service order to attend to in a few weeks but it doesn’t demand immediate attention, you can put the email on the back burner and have your phone or Gmail account notify you when it’s time to take care of it.
Manage Your Dispatch Software Emails
You can easily use the Mailbox app with our dispatch software, TAC Online. Receiving service order emails? Add your TAC Online emails to the Mailbox app and organize your service orders and receive them the way you like to! File emails into folders, prioritize emails, or archive them until a later date. All of these actions can be performed from your mobile phone with the swipe or tap of your finger.
