Suggest you print the runs the night before. This way any units picked up when the pickup ticket was handled will be reflected in the printing of the service route.
: I HAVE A QUESTION. EACH WEEK I PRINT A LIST OF RUNS FOR OUR DRIVERS. I AM HAVING TROUBLE KEEPING UP WITH GETTING INFO TO OUR DRIVERS RE PICK UPS. IT SEEMS THE UNIT GETS PICKED UP BY OUR DELIVERY MEN AND I TAKE IT OFF THE RUN BUT I EITHER HAVE TO CALL THE SERVICE DRIVER OR POST A MEMO OR REMEMBER TO TELL THEM WHEN THEY GET IN. ANYWAY IT TAKES ALOT OF MY TIME AND DRIVERS END UP GOING TO SITES THAT WERE JUST PICKED UP. IS THERE ANYWAY TO FLAG UNITS PICKED UP SINCE THE LAST RUN PRINTED AND HIGHLIGHT IT FOR THE SERVICE DRIVERS. LET ME KNOW
