Meet the Clear Computing team!
Joel
Smith is a business consultant and software designer who has
been a principal of Clear Computing since 1988. He was a Distinguished
Member of the Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories, and has worked
as an industrial engineer, finance controller and system designer
for major corporations such as Johns-Manville, American Cyanamid,
Allied Chemical.
Leon
Pietrusiak is a software designer who has been with Clear Computing
since 1988. Previously in the transportation industry, he brings
to Clear Computing a strong understanding of service business needs
as well as his skills in the latest software development technologies.
Scott
Korman is our MVP at the Help Desk! His roles at Clear Computing
are software trainer and technical support specialist. When not
on the phone or at a customer training session, Scott handles database
conversions and software updates.
Walt
Levine wears two hats at Clear Computing. He is our marketing
director, responsible for coordinating and directing marketing
programs and trade show activities. Walt is also our customer service
manager.
Sharon Dingaro
is a Technical Sales Associate, providing customer training and support for our sales department.
Sharon has a degree in computer networking and security, and has past experience in the installation and configuration
of new computer software and hardware, and in customer service and
finance management.
Susan
Baldwin is a member of the company's Sales Support and Customer Service department.
Susan's background is in both customer service and education, and she is fluent in Spanish.
Susan is enjoying working with customers in Latin America and Puerto Rico, where she can be especially helpful.
Meryl
Smith splits her time between developing reports, training aids, e-commerce, and product documentation.
