service, TACTrackerPRO,
as part of their upcoming 2008 Release.
TACTrackerPRO combines the power of Total Activity Control 2008
with Insight
With TACTrackerPRO,
your driver uses a low-cost, wireless,
lightweight scanner. Each time the driver scans a code (Bar Code or RFID, your choice), this information is electronically sent back to the
office, where the office staff will see in seconds the exact location, date and time of service.
Office computers will display the time, date and location of the drivers for
each service activity performed, e.g., delivery, service, exchange, removal,
etc., and track service on maps or color-coded tabular displays.
The information sent by the TACTrackerPRO scanner automatically updates production
tracking information at the office to supply key operational tracking numbers, e.g.,
units/hour, time and date of scan, etc., and updates company records for unit locations and service.
If you choose to scan using bar
codes and have a missing or damaged code, the driver can scan the printed bar codes
on the route sheet, or scan the peel-and-stick proof-of-service labels printed
for each unit.
