New Web Link for Service Requests

We've just added a link on our website for our users to enter service requests and view a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ). When you log in, you can see if your questions have been answered, as well.

To log in, go to our Support menu and look for the link to Service Request/FAQ. Use the password customer123. (If you can't get in right away, try again in a few minutes. There are a limited number of ports and we might get lots of traffic right after we send out this newsletter.)

To fill out a new service request, select the link to Create a New Service Order. Fill out the information and be sure to enter your contact information. Here's an example:
