New Features in TAC 2010:
Expanded QuickBooks Integration
The upcoming TAC 2010 release will further expand the customer imports from QuickBooks to TAC, including historical invoices for customers and invoice payments.  TAC 2010 will also incrementally import any new customers created in QuickBooks.

In addition, TAC will export date and time-stamped company sales and receivable summaries to QuickBooks which, when used with a date and time-stamped printed report, provide a full audit trail of a company's sales and receivables activity.

Please call us at 732-747-0113  to ask about this feature, or any other features coming in TAC 2010.

Hint of the Week:
Use County Codes for Tax Rates
Make sure that every site has a County Code and that the county code is in Reference File 10 - County Codes.

This gives you the ability to easily updates sites when county tax rates change.  Just change the reference file tax rate and then run a utility to change all sites with that county code to the new tax rate

Joke of the Week: Fight Competition
The shopkeeper was dismayed when a brand new business much like his own opened up next door and erected a huge sign which read BEST DEALS.

He was horrified when another competitor opened up on his right, and announced its arrival with an even larger sign, reading LOWEST PRICES.

The shopkeeper was panicked, until he got an idea. He put the biggest sign of all over his own shop...  It read... MAIN ENTRANCE.
