Feature of the Week: Credits and Refunds
|
Need to refund
customer due to an over-payment or credit?
You can do this one of two ways:
- From any screen click Receivables, then Post
Receivables. Enter the invoice
and check numbers. Enter the
payment as a negative
amount (a hyphen plus the number).
It will convert to a number printed in red in parentheses. Click Save.
- From any screen click Receivables, then Invoice
Adjustment. At the Accrual
Adjustment tab, fill in the information from the original payment. Use ADJ
as the rate code. In the note field, add the reason for the
adjustment. Tab through and click Post.

Hint of the Week
|
You come in on Monday morning
and your TAC won't open. You can save
time and a phone call by re-starting your computer. Then try to open TAC. If it still doesn't
open, give us a call and one of our tech support staff will be happy to help.

| Joke of the Week |
During a break at the plant
where I'm employed, I walked by a friend who works with computers. He was
sitting at his desk with his feet propped up, staring straight ahead as if in a
trance. When he didn't stir as I passed, I asked, "Are you all
right?"
He blinked, smiled and said, "I'm on screensaver." --Reader's Digest
