Setting price has to be simple so that you do not compete against yourself, yet be flexible so that you can take advantage of efficiencies of co-located customers to stay competitive. You may want to map your service locations and see if service zones become obvious for standard pricing and locations outside of these zones should be considered for special pricing to avoid doing unprofitable work.
