About Fitting The Pieces Together
Fitting The Pieces Together has been developed to give you some insight into business operations and to help raise your awareness of the how you can gain more free time and improve your company’s profitability by being aware of different alternatives. The recommendations have been developed over the many years that we have supported business owners in the portable toilet, septic pumping, and sewer and drain cleaning businesses.
The book is broken into four sections with multiple chapters per section. Each chapter is designed to be read by itself in one sitting and to give you some different view points to help you in deciding how to run your business. The sections are

Running a Septic and Sewer and Drain Cleaning Business focuses on the specific needs of the septic, sewer and drain cleaning industry and examines automation of records management, billable service alternative, billing methods, septage management and dispatch and routing of pump trucks
