Q. Can I record special rates for selected customers?

A. Yes, you can record the special rate in the billing note in the lower right hand side of screen and create a customer code "SP*" in reference file #08. With a description "Special Rate, see billing note". Whenever this customer is retrieved, the note will pop up and remind you to use the special rates.
