Q. Is there a fast way to get balances for all accounts linked by a group code?

A. Yes, there are two ways to get the balances. The first is to click the search button and enter the group code as a selection. The computer will then list all the sites with the group code and the site balances will be listed. The second is to view a group statement. Go to the Main Menu and select the Bill menu item, and the submenu item prt-view group statement. Then select the view option and all sites with balances will be listed with the total at the bottom of the display.
