Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Disposal Management, Inc., you must indicate that you understand and agree to the following terms by clicking the "I accept" button. Before you click the "I accept" button, carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern this transaction.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Base Price

Based 10-day on site loading time and tonnage limits defined below.

Additional charge of $55/ton over 3 tons on 15-Yard Dumpster.

Additional charge of $55/ton over 4 tons on 20- and 30-Yard Dumpster.

Additional charge of $10/day over 10 day on site loading time.

15-Yard containers can only be filled 1/2 high if loading heavy material: dirt, rock, sand, concrete, etc. The container will be overweight before it is full

2. Delivery Charges

Based on location, or additional placement of container on site.

3. Not Responsible for:

	Damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalk, curbs in the path to the container.
	Underground utilities in the path to the container.
	Permits or waivers issued by state, country or local municipality.
	"Fly Dumping" in your container - see item 7 below.

4. Items Not Allowed:

Tires

Paints

Gasoline

Chemicals

Solvents

Aerosols

Fluorescent tubes

Light fixtures with ballasts

TV tubes

Batteries

Other hazardous materials

Warning:

If these disallowed items are discovered in the container, you will be informed within 24 hours and charged for hazardous materials disposal. These charges can be very expensive. If damages or injuries occur because of hazardous materials in the container, these also will be charged to your account.

5. Overfilled containers:

Do not overfill containers. Containers can only be filled to water level. Material over the top is potentially hazardous to our operators and other vehicles on the roadway. Some cities issue fines, which will be charged to your account.

6. Overweight containers:

Base price for containers is per specified weight limit. All containers are weighed. Loads over specified weight limits are charged additionally. Containers over the weight limit must be partially unloaded, and another container ordered. Charges for unloading are at $100 per hour.

Caution:

Be careful when loading. Dense material will fill up to weight capacity before space inside the container is used up. For example, concrete, rock, sand and other heavy material can only be put in a 15 yard container to the 1/2 way mark.

7. Contents of container:

Contents of container are the responsibility of the customer. If someone "fly dumps" into your container, you are still responsible and should call police immediately.

Fly Dumping:

Persons who see a dumpster and think it's OK to put their own garbage into it, especially hazardous materials. This practice is illegal, regardless of what is fly dumped.

Prevent Fly Dumping:

Don't order too early, guard or cover your dumpster if you can, and call for pickup as soon as it is full. Don't let "fly dumpers" take advantage of you!
