Desktop Support - Vista Users Only!!           

You must use Internet Explorer.

Instructions:    this page before you begin.

You must have local administrative privileges to use this functionality.

1. Install Security Control

    a.) Click this button and save file to Desktop.
    b.) Double click the TweakUAC icon on your Desktop.
    c.) Click "Continue", select 'Switch UAC to the quiet mode" and click 'OK'.

2. Run Remote Desktop.

    a.) From the Remote Desktop web page click this button.
    b.) When prompted to run or save this file, select 'Run'.
    c.) Select 'Run' again.
    d.) Double-click the portal number furnished by your Clear Computing support representative.
    e.) The remote support session has now begun.

3. Reset Security Control
    a.) Once the remote support session has ended, double click the TweakUAC icon on your Desktop.
    b.) Select ‘Enable the full UAC’ and click 'OK'.
