Let us convert your customer data to Clear Computing's format!

We offer a data conversion service in which we can convert customer data from your current application or database into the format required by the Total Activity Control software.

Guidelines

In order for us to start the conversion, we require the following:

• Deposit of $100.00 for us to develop an estimate of the conversion. If we cannot convert the data, we return the full amount. If we can convert the data, we will supply an estimate of the total cost for the conversion giving full credit for the deposit of $100.00.
• Send a copy of the data and a copy of the programs used to manage the data. We accept the following transfer media:
  • Microsoft backup software backup on 3 ½" diskette. We can use Msbackup, Mwbackup and Win95 backup utilities.
  • Copy of the data to a zip disk drive.
  • Using communication software, PCAnywhere and modems, we can electronically transfer the data from your equipment to ours for conversion.

We do not accept tape, since there are so many different formats and programs that is impossible for us to maintain all the equipment and software to handle them all. We usually can turn the conversion around within one week of receipt of data. We offer single and double conversion.

Conversion Types

A single conversion is the electronic transfer of data and then you manually adjust customer balances and other customer information to begin operations.A double conversion is a single conversion and after review we schedule a second conversion so that minimal manual adjustment of customer records is required.We have successfully converted the following formats:
