Two-way communication between office and driver makes this a very effective tool throughout the work day. Office staff can email an electronic version of a work order with a detailed check list of services, maps with comments, and stored images of equipment and service points. The driver can read, then write the actual work completed, add the customer signature, and print and or email back to the office for immediate processing.
