TAC captures waste disposal with tracking at several levels. You can enter the waste disposal activity as an independent event not linked to any work order or invoicing activity. Or you can link to specific source and work activity by including the work order number on the disposal form.
Likewise, on the work order form you can track disposal by using the landfill code. This code is populated from the Site Master and automatically is populated on every work order as the default value. This way, each site can have a default disposal location. When the work is converted to a line item charge, landfill and size can be updated for the actual landfill and quantity disposed of.
