The Vehicle Master Search is used to find a specific vehicle, so that it can be displayed in the Vehicle Master. It is available from the Vehicle Master window. Click on the Search Tab to bring the search into view.
Steps to Search Vehicles
You may choose from a list of all vehicles, or select from only certain vehicles. To select from a list of only certain vehicles, click here.
Steps to Choose From a List of All Vehicles
Click on the Search button at the bottom of the Search window.
A popup window will appear with a list of all vehicle records.
Click on any vehicle in the list that you wish to see or edit.
The popup window will close and the Vehicle Master window will show the selected vehicle.
Steps to Select From a List of Only Certain Vehicles
Select each of the criteria to be used in searching for a vehicle. Click inside the checkboxes to include them in the search.

Enter Vehicle IDs or Locations, if needed for the search. These can be a range, such as Vehicle IDs TRA1000 - TRU9999.
Click on the Search button at the bottom of the Search window.

Click on any vehicle in the list that you wish to see or edit.
The popup window will close and the Vehicle Master window will show the selected vehicle.
