The Vehicle Master window can be used to view, change or add information about company vehicles.
Opening Vehicle Master Window
On the Main Menu, select Vehicle, and click Vehicle Master.
The Vehicle Master window will open.
Vehicle Master Window
There are two tabs on the Vehicle Master. The Vehicle Master Tab is used to display, add or change Vehicle information. The Search Tab is used to search for a specific vehicle, so that it can be displayed in the Vehicle Master.
Possible Actions to Take in Vehicle Master Tab
Click on the Add New button at the bottom of the window.
A new vehicle record is displayed. The text fields will be yellow, indicating that they can be changed.
Select a Vehicle ID for the new vehicle record. It must be a new ID that is not currently assigned to any other vehicle.
Fill in any of the following information, using the tab key to move to each new text box.

Click the Save button to save the information.
Click the Done button to close the window.
Click on the Edit button at the bottom of the window.
The vehicle record display will re-display, showing all text boxes in yellow, indicating that they can be changed.
Change any of the text boxes, as needed. ( What are the text fields?)
Click the Save button to save the information.
Click the Done button to close the window.
Note: If you change your mind while making changes in the yellow text boxes, click the Undo button to go back to the un-edited record.
Click on the Delete button at the bottom of the window.
A popup window will come up asking "Are you sure?"
Click the OK button on the popup to delete the vehicle record.
The popup window will close and the Vehicle Master window will display the next vehicle record in the database.
At the bottom left of the Vehicle Master window, there are four buttons:

These buttons are used to more forward and backward in the Vehicle Master Database.
