Vehicle History

The Vehicle History form is populated automatically from the Automatic Vehicle Location service you subscribe to. Currently TAC offers an open interface, and supports Insight and Fleet Boss.

When the form is activated for a specific site, all the vehicle transactions that meet the selection criteria are displayed so you can tell exactly

• Truck
• Driver
• Date and time when the vehicles stopped at the customer's locations.

Depending upon the service chosen, there are several reports that are available:

• List current vehicle location
• Work order audit report listing the work order, truck code, and date and time vehicle stopped or if missing
• Service route audit report that identifies all stops that a vehicle did not stop at.
