If you do equipment rental, you can optionally use the Main Menu option Inventory/ Rental to review all units with “PRICEBOOK” for type of equipment.
On the Rental Units Form, Search Tab, you can view the units with type PRICEBOOK, by searching only for units with the Type Unit field = PRICEBOOK (Use the pull down menu next to the Unit Type field). Your search results will show only units that match your search criteria.
The serial numbers can contain a code for the class of equipment or any other code you wish to use, i.e., customer number, etc.
