On every invoice and work order printed, along the upper right hand margin is printed the invoice number and or work order number and item. This can be used to implement an external document management system that scans the UPC code and files an image of the document for historical record keeping.
Later versions of TAC will include a similar capability using HP scanners. We are currently waiting for the price to drop below $1000.00 and the paper feed rate to increase.
