Controls operational defaults and feature-setting for the TAC system.
The system setting form has four sections you can use to control how TAC operates:
Company
Billing
Mapping
Operations
Each section has several different sets of controls.
The Company section allows you to set the company name, address, location and default color settings.
The Billing section handles control of how invoices are generated.
Features included in this form:
Early pickup days – warns you if a rental unit is removed prior to the number of early pickup days. Useful if unit is being returned too early for a special rate to be in effect.
Sales tax rate – the default sales tax rate when adding a site.
