Standing Order Generation

The Standing Order Generation form is used to manage standing orders. The individual standing orders are assigned to a specific site. Standing order generation consists of several steps:

Entry of individual standing order
Selection from standing orders of all that are due based on search criteria, typically next service date range.
On the grid display of the Standing Order Generation Form, change the Create Work Order column entries for the orders you want to generate from N to Y.
Optionally, you may use the mapping tools to lasso a set of standing orders and assign the orders to a route and driver.
Click the Create Work Order button which creates the work orders.

After the work orders are created, the dispatcher can use the work order management tools to dispatch the work. If you have used the map lasso tool, the route and driver are already assigned.
