Service Stops

This form is used to manage fixed or static service stops. Each site can be

assigned any number of entries, i.e., once, twice a week service.

 

Required fields

The only required fields are site number.  In order for the site to appear

on the service routes, at least one unit must be assigned to the site.

Manual routing

You can manually enter the route, day , stop[ information here in or by

using the service route search and double clicking to being this form up to

enter the route, day and stop for the service route you want to assign the

site too.

Recommend button

The recommend button is an add to manually routing, it offices you the

option to bring up all or existing stops. You can then use the sort column

capabilities to find the stops in the same area and when you double click on

a row, the route number and route day are automatically populated to match

the  existing serviced stop selected.

Graphical Routing

Leave the fields blank and use the Dispatch menu option Service Routes. This

will display un-routed and routed stops on a map. You can then use the lasso

tool or grid stop management tool to assign the stop to a route that is

closest to the new stop.

Glosarry

Route name = friendly 10 character 10 for the service route number plus the

route day combination
