Search Site Notes

Site notes are an excellent location to store customer issues, service complaints, follow-up on collections, etc. By using a combination of note codes, clerk codes, dates and text, you can quickly recall all notes for a specific issue.

Some examples of the use of site notes search is to log all service complaints with a code with the driver name in the text or as the clerk code, and then periodically bringing up all complaints so they can be reviewed.

Another popular use is using a code for collections,“COLL”, and dating the note for a future date. This way you can quickly review all follow-up calls for collections that have been made.
