Sales Lead Tracking Report

The Sales Lead Tracking report is available from the Main Menu Reports/Site Notes tab.  This report uses site notes to track the progress of sales leads.  

 

Certain note codes are used by the report to display information useful for checking the quality of sales leads and certain key sales activities.  In order for this report to provide useful information, sales personnel must use the following codes when creating notes:

 

SQUAL – Quality of the sales lead.  All SQUAL coded notes are printed in the report.

SMEET – Note that a sales meeting took place.   Only the date is printed on the report.

SPROP – Proposal given to the customer.  All SPROP notes are printed in the report.

SPLAN – Sales plan to win this customer.  All SPLAN notes are printed in the report.

SFUP – Sales follow-up notes.  Only the last SFUP note is printed in the report.

 

Other information in the report includes: Sales source, date of first contact, date of last contact, sales credit, #days since last contact, current status.
