You can now assign a rate code to a site and give it a different rate than is assigned in reference file 15.
How it Works:
You assign a rate code, e.g., “BID” at the site and enter the rate to be e.g., $120.00. When a work order is created for this site, the rate code BID and the rate of $120.00 is populated on the work order. Later when the work order is converted to a line item charge, the code BID is used, along with the work order number, and the rate of $120.00 is used times the quantity to generate the billed amount for the line item charge.
This allows you to override any rates from reference file 15 for a site. Excellent tool for bidding roll-offs and propane fuel deliveries.
