The Rental Unit Rate Prompts form is used in conjunction with the rental unit form. It holds the rate code for each of the five line items for each of the intervals. By changing the prompts and associated rate codes in reference file 15, you can change the unit rental charges.
It is important that any code used must first be in reference file 15 before using then in this form.
