You can track your physical inventory in the Material Master. This form is used to enter the material code and associated inventory control values, notes and document management control.
Deletion Control
You cannot delete a material code if any transactions for that material are on file. You first have to remove the transactions, and then delete the code, or use the Main Menu Admin/Database Utilities Deletion Tab to remove the material code and all its transactions.
