F7 Site search
Customer search
Customer master search tab and magnify tool next to customer number
Customer master matching fields for customer number name and address
Site master Search tab and magnify tool next to site number
Site master matching fields for site number, name, or address
Each method offers different capabilities and depending what you are doing, one is may be easier or better than the other. As an example, if you have mostly residential type customers, you would use the address matching tool on the site master to bring up the customer information, or if you like to use a phone number, you can use the search tab or magnify tool.
