Using TAC, the sales or dispatch office can send all the locations for a day's service routes, work orders or standing orders to FleetBoss. As the drivers move throughout the day, FleetBoss hardware components, installed in the vehicles, identify the customer locations. When the drivers return with the tracking information, it is easy to see where they have been compared to where they were scheduled to have been throughout the day.
Clear Computing software provides automatic loading of site locations and meaningful data about each stop on the driver’s route. The ability to track driver’s routes with FleetBoss adds valuable information on route time and distance to the automatic production reports available on the system.
