Dispatch Board - Service Stops F5

 

Dispatch Board - Service Stops F5 is used to manage service stops. You can select which service stops you want to manage by using the Search tab. Typically,  you select a day's routes, and then click Search to have the dispatch grid populated for all the service stops on those routes.  Of course. you can filter the search by selecting any one specific route.

 

Once the search is selected, the grid will be populated with the service stops for the routes. You can change any of the fields that have a yellow heading directly in the grid. Any change entered is saved once you click on the diskette at the top of the form, or using the right-click action menu.

 

This way you can make several modifications to the service stops, and only when done, save the changes.

 

Special features of this grid include:

 

• Renumber selected route using right-click action menu. (Warning: Order by route code, so all the route stops are together before renumbering!)
• Editable fields have yellow background column heading
• Re-arrange columns and upon normal exit, the arrangement will be saved for next use
• Clicking on column heading will sort grid ascending or descending.
• Customizable tool bar for command buttons.
