Who does the work sometimes is determined by when the work is scheduled. If the units are scheduled for Wednesday then Harry does the delivery, because he is the utility driver for Wednesday. Likewise, if you are running one pump truck, then whoever is driving the truck, gets the job. On the other hand, if you are a business that has several drivers, who gets the job can depend on:

• Who is driving which truck

• If someone has a bad back and digging is required

• Tool availability

• Willingness to work overtime or start early
