The Customer Master is a central control form that supports the management of a customer, displaying a customer's billing information, customer notes and all activities associated with all sites assigned to this customer.. This form has a set of tabs and controls that give you access to any detail records for all the sites that belong to this customer. The Customer Master brings you all the information about a customer with one or multiple service locations into a single location. Once you have selected a customer using the search tab, you can view any of the tabs and all the entries for all the sites for that customer.
The grid under each of the customer tabs contains entries for all the sites for that customer. If you are looking at work orders, you are able to see the list of work orders for all the sites belonging to this customer. When you use the right-click action menu while your mouse cursor is on any item in the grid, the form that comes up will be for the site of the line item on the grid you right-clicked on.
