Command buttons are the buttons on forms that you can click to give a command to the TAC system.. When enabled, they have a dark lettering, when disabled they have a light letting. If a command button is disabled, it is because the TAC system does not have enough information to complete the command.
Command buttons fall into two categories.
Buttons that are for a specific form. These include buttons for activities such as posting an invoice or recommending a route.
Buttons located at the bottom of most forms. These include buttons to move backwards and forwards through records, and those used add, edit and delete, and close the form.
A form will display a certain item used in the system. These items, usually called records, include such things as sites, notes, work orders, site equipment, etc.
