Rental Units
This form support the generation of line item charges for a site or a selection of sites based upon rental units assigned to each site and the rates associated with the units.
Late Charges
Generation of late charges for overdue balances for each site
Metered Units
Generation of line item charges based upon meter reading for site-based equipment
Sales Based Rental
Generation of a line charges for sites with equipment that does not have sufficient sales for the selected time period
Minimum Monthly
This bulk billing routine calculates the actual sales for each site and compares it to a minimum monthly amount. It then generates incremental charges for those sites below their minimum.
