Assigning Service Routes

 

Assigning a site to a service route is similar to adding a site to a customer master.  Go to the site master, click on the Service Stops tab, and right click on the gray area. This brings up the action menu.   Now select Add and the Service Stop form will appear.

 

Enter the route number and the route day of the week (M=Monday). You can also enter any specific stop information in the large note field. When done, click save and the service stop has been added. 

 

Repeat this for several stops on the service route.

 

You can now print the service route from the Main Menu,  Reports /Dispatch  Service Stops tab.  Click on route and select the day or route in the box. Then double-click on Service Route Format 01.

 

This now prints the service route you entered.
