Adding Units and Price List

A video of this tutorial is available here.

Steps

Before You Add The Units

Ask your self these questions:

1.      How many units do I need?

2.      Do I have enough room in my inventory to add these units?

To answer this question, go to Main Menu: Admin > License Settings.  In the rental unit count line, you will find what you are licensed for and how many units you have used.

  1. What type of units do I need to add?
  2. What is the first serial number do I want to add?

Go to Main Menu: Inventory > Rental.   Put the type of unit in.  Under Assignment Status, click the radio button “both”, then click Search.  Go to the bottom of the serial number column, and that is the last serial number in your inventory.
