The invoice ledger search allows you to select a list of invoices with a selection that populates the top of three grids with the matching invoices. When you double-click on the row of an invoice, the search will automatically populate the second grid with all the line-item charges associated with the invoice and the third grid with any payments made against the invoice.
In one place, you can see all the financial details associated with any invoice.
In addition, the right-click action menu on the invoice grid supports the following actions:
Print the invoice
Pay the invoice
Delete the invoice
View Site Master
View Customer Master
