Terms and Conditions

You can add your own terms and conditions to the back side of your invoice or/and work order.  Yerms and Conditions will print in gray scale.

 

When this feature is turned on, if you have only a single sided printer, it will print a second page with your terms and conditions for each invoice and/or work order printed.  

 

If you have a double-sided printer, it will print your terms and conditions on the back side of every work order and or invoice.

 

To activate this feature, simply write up your terms and conditions using Microsoft Word and size it so it fits on a single page.  Place the completed word document in the “letterhead” directory directly below the directory where you have the data base located.

 

One you have this in place, TAC will recognize the file in the directory and turn on the printing of Terms and Conditions as described above.  If you need to turn this feature off for any reason, simply rename the file and the TAC system will no longer try to print the Terms and Conditions.
