Customized Crystal Reports for Work Orders and/or Invoices

 

The TAC system allows you to create your own work order and invoices and use them instead of the ones supplied with the system. The current system supports the entry of a single work order format and a single invoice format that can be launched directly out of TAC.

 

In order to use this feature you must create the “crystal.rpt” file and place it in the sub-directory “reports” that is located in C:\program files\Clear Computing, Inc\TAC 2004\Data\Reports.

 

The work order report must be called: "DispatchWorkOrderCustomized.rpt"

The invoice report must be called: "InvoiceFormatCustomized.rpt"

 

 

Then, in the system settings form, do the following:

 

• Work order - In the work order control tab, set the default to 8 - customized for work order format
• Invoice - For the invoice format, set it to 4-customized in operational settings

 

 

Whenever you print an invoice or a work order, these defaults will be executed.
