Sharon has a degree in computer networking and security, and has past experience in the installation and configuration of new computer software and hardware, and in customer service and finance management at Quick and Reilly, Inc. in New York. |

| Susan Baldwin, of Eatontown, NJ, joined the company’s Sales Support and Customer Service department. Susan’s background is in both customer service and education, and she is fluent in Spanish. Susan is enjoying working with customers in Latin America and Puerto Rico, where she can be especially helpful. |  |
